Sonny Properties, Inc. was founded in 1975 when our founder began acquiring and developing real estate across West Texas and Southern California. What started as a disciplined, long-horizon investment strategy grew into a diverse, multi-state portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and mixed-use assets.
Today, SPI is led by the founder's family and continues to operate with the same conviction that has defined the company for more than fifty years: acquire quality assets, manage them with diligence, and build lasting value for the communities they serve.
Our corporate office is headquartered in Westwood, California, with regional operations and dedicated field staff throughout West Texas — including Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Maintenance Technicians serving our Texas portfolio directly.
